Swapping a good 2000 4.0 ohv engine into a 2002 sohc have complete donor truck any tips

You could end up with one bellhousing bolt not lined up. I wouldn't worry about it.
As for that swap, I'd leaver everything electrical from the 02. Swap the sensors (At least any that don't have the same connector.) from the old engine to the new. You might end up with codes, but it should run...
