so this summer im taking my ranger off the road to do a 4.0 L and dana30 swap and i was wondering how much easier is the engine swap if i swap the explorer dash into my 88? wiring any easier?

it will be easiest to use whatever dash came with the engine and transmission.(if there's a manual tach in the cluster) if there's an electric tach, use the dash that came with the engine.
