Swap Issues

So a few months ago I swapped my automatic trans for a manual in my 1988 2.9. I had to bypass the nuetral safety switch, and this plug is currently disconnected. Today was the first time I put the thing in 4 low, and now I cant seem to get it out. The factory says it wont go into 4 low without the trans in nuetral, but it is. Does anyone know where the nuetral sensor for the t case is located, or have a solution to get me out of 4 low?

Have you tried to back up slow for about 30ft?? then try to shift

Presuming that you have a manual Tcase.
Thinking that it is on the drivers side....between the where it mount up the to the tranny and the front output. book says it is a 4WD indicator light switch

Well, its an electronic t case and it doesnt want to shift out of 4 low.

Mine too is electric Tcase...backing up is the way I get mine to shift out of 4low
