Swap 4r44e to m5od-r1

Hello I have a 3.0l 1996 ranger with a 4r44e trans. I want to put a 1992 m5od-r1. But the m5od-r1 from 4.0l ranger.
It is the same bellhousing?

Nope, sorry.

The 3.0L has it's own unique bellhousing... You'll need to find a trans from another 3.0L V6 truck.

Nope, no adapter is possible. the M5OD bell is integral with the transmission case.
