Hello, I'm new here, and new to working on rangers as well. I have a 97 2wd 2.3l xl standardcab ranger. I decided i wanted to lift my rangers suspension, however i don't have a lot of money, so I'm buying the parts as i get money. I just bought a procomp bracket kit on a website (comes with all the dropbrackets and extensions) that is supposed to be for years 86-97. but when it got here the manual said it fits 86-96.... I was under the impression that not much changed between 96 and 97, will this still fit my truck? Here is what the website said i ordered:
http://www.speedyperformanceparts.c...n&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&N=4294963368&Nty=1
here is what i actually ordered:
http://www.explorerprocomp.com/PDFs/is/52289.pdf
please help, I need to know whether i have to go through the hassle of a RMA or not. thanks,
tbird
