I have a 2007 ranger stx and looking to lift and put tires on it. Im looking at getting a lift that comes with 3" lift spindles, 3"lift coils, new upper control arms with ball joints for the front and a 4" lift block for the back. Does anyone know if that will clear 35's? And if 35's would even look good on it?! Any input would help! Thanks!!!!

Are there not at least 1000 threads on lifts and tire clearances? More so, is there not an entire article in the tech section sorting out exactly what fits in each application? If you want to run 35s you should really look into 4.56 or 4.88 gears also.

While there are extensive discussions on lifting and tire clearance ALL OVER THIS SITE, The newer STX is that of a neglected child.

OP - You should be fine clearing 35's with The amount of lift discussed, But the problem arises with the front bumper being much lower to the ground. It may bring some rubbing issues. Will it for sure? I dont know, and most people here probably dont either. Why dont you be the guinea pig for us and find out? Also a gear change, as Gotta_gofast mentioned, will be necessary with 35's.

new to the site so i acutally didnt know about the other parts, thanks though

Don't use that much block lift at the rear. No blocks are better. Run some Exlpoder leafs or Dever leafs. The blocks along with 35's will make it a harsh ride. I run 33's with a 4:10 rear gear on my 2wd 99 Ranger. I have a 5 inch front lift and 4 1/2 rear add-a-leafs and it handles and takes bumps really nice and smooth. Your truck will look nice with 35's but that gas milage will kill you.
