i was thinking bout putting in f150 shocks in my b4000, how much lift would this give? anything would be appreciated

none, shocks dont lift....

well i meant ccoils. it was a typo. but if i put f150 coils in and bigger blocks in the back, would it give me more than a leveling kit would?
