Hi, i have been searching for a suspension lift for my 03 ranger xlt 4X4 and haven't found anything but body lifts which my truck already has is there any information anyone could give me as far as getting a higher lift on my ranger and if so which brand is recommended? Thanks

Body Lift is ok

Honestly, the bodylifts for these trucks are a very good quality product. If I were in your shoes, I'd go for the $250 Performance Accessories 3" Bodylift or shoot the even cheaper Summit Racing 3" bodylift, nice 15x8 alloys, and some decent tires. It'll do EVERYTHING the 4" suspension will do at a MUCH cheaper cost. I won't go into the battle of bodylift vs suspension here, but I will tell you I once was a HUGE bodylift hater. That was until I put 32's on my truck and continued to wheel her hard.....needed a little extra clearence so I went with a pieced together 1" BL. Took the 1" out and put in a 3" and 35's. Then the Superlift ontop of it all. I came from cheap as hell trucks to lift(solid axled trucks) where bodylifts are just stupid to do. EVERYTHING you need is included in the kit and the instructions are excellent. If you can tighten and loosen a nut and bolt, you CAN install a bodylift.
