where can i buy this drop bracket(see picture.)

i got the old style drop bracket for the passenger side I beam(brack on driver side) it keeps hitting my front diff even with the drop bump stop bracket

Check their website, they may sell them individually. You may have to call them. I know Tuff Country and Skyjacker sell just brackets, but I'm not sure if you can buy just one or if you have to buy a pair.
