300 hp through a 3 in single dynomax......when its fun time...the sweet roar of swampers drowning out the smallblock....

soon the sweet sound of the lil ford will be the clatter of diesel but still bellerin v8 rumble.

FOSGATE YOU SAY?

I think buying stock in hearing aids sounds like a smart idea, see you guys in twenty years :bye:

Its gonna suck when the wrong person see's all that equipment out in the open like that. All that time and effort gone to waste.

Stock cd player that barely plays and some small 1980's pioneer speakers in the back. In a 1999. Ha ha, how you like that? :D

He means that y'all are gonna be goin deaf from your massive sound systems, so hes gonna buy stock in hearing aids :D

I'll post up a pic of my sub box in a few minutes...

Ok, here's what I did for my sub:

The box is made of OSB, nailed together with a lot of nails since it came apart once already. I basically measured and mocked it up with cardboard, then made a full cardboard model, took that apart and cut the pieces. The carpet is what was left over from the old box, so I used what I could. The sub is an Audiobahn 12" 1000w. You may be wondering about the amp, that's a Tsunami 4200w hidden inside the box, mounted on the wall of the box closest to the seat. I had to cut and fold over the seam where the where the floor joins the side of the truck (i think) to get the amp to fit, and it's tight, but it goes. The corner brackets are a little ugly, I may move them, but since I don't look at it all that often, I don't care.

Oh and yes, I removed the jumpseat. Where it is mounted, the box sticks out about 6-8" from the wall of the cab, so the one rear passenger still has plenty of room.

and some pioneer type R 6x9's in the corners

just finished up my new sub box. took out the jumper seats and replaced them with the box so i would have more room to put the seat back.
specs:
2- 15" dual voice coil subs
2000 watt lancer amp 2 channel bridged for 1000watts to each sub
stock mp3 player w/low output converter
box is unported with a 2.5" air passage behind the amp so that the subs push each other.

Caution not to break back windows.
