I realize this wouldn't be a bolt on mod but I was just thinking how sexy a super duty front clip would look on a ranger, anyone here gone through all the effort?

Particularly interested in the '08 - '10 as pictured below

Well... might be kinda hard considering that the grille of that truck is about as wide as a Ranger... you'd pretty much have to miniaturize everything...

thats the idea. just wondering if anyone's done it yet

well that's a start. time to do some measuring and add this to the to do list on the project.

or just mount the front end on the Ranger frame and drive that

now this is fawkn sweet looking. like a 2dr excursion. would look alot better with a sas and 38's

I bet it'll be tough but...If you can do it, do it! Could be pretty sweet.

thats what you think. i just gotta get ahold of a 2008-2010 superduty, the rest is up to my imagination. The grill isn't the part i want, i really like the lights. it just so happens they look really dumb without the grill and the fenders and the hood. so the only reasonable thing to do is start with a complete front clip and narrow it down a bit. then fill in the superduty (more like suputy at this point) and replace it with CHKNFKR.

/\ the plan /\

I'd bet you could do it with some CAD'ing. Just take the front end, make it fit the front end of the ranger, get a customs shop to make it and go from there. Let's see it in progress!

once i track one down i think most of it should be manageable with an angle grinder and a heat gun for the plastic and a welder for the sheet.
