Sounds like fun.

I'd pull the engine out and do the rear main seal, oil pan gasket, and the clutch and slave if it's a stick, while you have the cab off. Those jobs are incredibly easier if the cab is off rather than trying to fight your way around the body. Only a few dollars more in parts, maybe an extra half day or so of work, well worth it.

yep i plan on doing everything i can while i have the cab off i worked on it awhile today i almost got it ready to pull

Switching to a 96 cab can be a bit tricky... Depending on your state, the truck may be considered a 96 with the new cab, and then fall under OBDII emission's requirements.

Dude!! That things been rolled...did you know that?.....lol. Should be a fun summer project...make sure you check out that frame too.

yeah i knew it was rolled it wasnt a hard roll it just kinda rolled over into a ditch the frame wasnt hurt i just plan on tinkering with it over the summer

heres some pics of my progress on the summer project
