Sudden loss in engine power?

OK,
In My 2003 3.0L I all of a sudden lost a bunch of power in my engine. It will drive fine under 25 mph most the time, but if i get on it, the truck will lurch and lack power. On the freeway if constantly seem to just keep doing a little lurching while driving it. I just had the fuel pump and fuel filter replaced like 1k miles ago. If anyone has any idea as to what i should check that would be great. O and i have no engine fault codes ????

when was the last tune-up? check fuel pressure, look in oil for coolant and look in coolant for oil. any smoke coming from the tailpipe? answer those questions and then we can diagnose it a bit farther. thanks!

I just had a tune up same time as the fuel pump replacement, I didnt see any oil in coolant or vise vera.

Try looking for cracked or disconnected vacuum hoses. Also check the new plug wires to make sure the firing order is correct, they're on completely and none of them are arcing.
