my 94 2.3 5 speed ranger has gotten 25 to 27 mpg consistantly just recently it started getting only 18 to 19 mpg max nothing has changed otherwise no check engine lights nothing any ideas? it has 287k miles

When was the last time sparkplugs, wires were changed. How about o2 sensors.
