ive got 6 cvr 12s and im making a wall i just need some ideas about designs
deminsions are 41 tall 42 wide and 16 deep lets see what you got

ahh...wtf.how did you get the badge? ive been tryin to get one for days

Thats almost stupid how much air is going to be moving in your truck. And don't put the baddge on untill you really do have 1000 watts rms in your truck...

Other than that you do want to go with a ported box. (Duh). Do you know were you are going to place the amps? What are you going to tune your box to?

I just checked it out. Go to your User CP and click Group Memberships toward the bottom right hand side. The first one up there is the 1000 watt RMS group. Just click join group and you should be good to go with the badge boss. Saw your thread BTW. Nice!

i had 4 12s and my amp blew last week thats why i had the badge

um you do realize that there isnt enough room in a ranger for a ported box to hold six 12s in the space you want. kicker requires atleast 10cubic feet without the port. you have a little over 9ft of space. ive personally heard 4 rf hx2s in a wall behind the backseat in a jeep cheorokee and that was loud. 148db without tuning at one local compitition. i would take out two subs and build the box so it can be tuned and not just thrown together.

you could run 4 of them ported and 2 sealed and may be able to make out with air space. WIthout the proper space you will not get the most out of you subs and you run the risk of blowing your subs.

i think 6 is just too much for what hes working with. yes it could be done but the 10cft is the minimum for the 12s, 13 is the max so i would shoot for atleast 11.5. but if you were to use only 4, then you could get max space at 8.8 and still have some wiggle room and optimize your box and sound.

good idea, 4 in the correct enclosure > 6 squeezed into an incorrect enclosure
