As many of you know, I'm working a temp job right now at a book printer/ Christian book distributer.
We ship all of our stuff directly to customers and deal with returns.
Today the boss got a real doozie: A customer sent him an e-mail saying something was missing from the order. It's no big deal except that the order was dated June 21st!!!! It's now Sept. 2nd!!!! The customer was somewhere in Indiana (I think), so if the order was recieved the 21st, picked and shipped the 22nd, then the customer shove have recieved it by, at the latest, June 25th (assuming our standard use of UPS Ground). Why would they wait over two months to tell us something was wrong???
Now, we picked the items in the order again, and weighed them. The weight was within a 1/2 lb of what was shipped to them!!! NOTHING WAS MISSING!!!!
Gotta love stupid customers...
