so i got my hands on some chrome cobra r wheels.. well the chrome isnt the best on them. its starting to chip an peel. chrome really isnt my thing anyways. whats the besty way to get the chrome off so they can be powder coated? i would really like to do it myself ..

Possibly have them sandblasted? Should not cost that much, and will probably give you the best surface for the paint to adhere to.

Other than that, dremel tool and a lot of patience
