I was always told if you break the easy out you went way to quick and derserve to have to snap it out with a punch. At least that's what one of my mechanic buddies said when I snapped one, took a powerful Dewalt and cranked it to full blast.
Worst case scenario: Cut a groove in it with a zip disk and spray it with liquid wrench. THen just turn it out like a slot screw.
