street/trail??? any body got one?

Im lookin to to gettin one. As of gas goes up. So im thinkin a crf230 street/trail. Why such a small bike? Well I am small. Im onley bout 120-130 haha yea I know. Any body eles got a street/trail and dont say get a rocket or a harley. If I cant get it dirty I dont want it. haha

im picking up a 2008 ktm 530 or the 450. the ktm is the only bike i have seen that is street legle and you can take it to the track and race if you wanted to. i have been rideing my whole life and was always in to free style and raceing. i never thought i would get a doule sport bike but the ktm's are just sick and you get to have both worlds, i really think the 230 is way to small. im 145-150 pouns and in know the 230 is to small for me. have you looked in to the ktm's or the yamaha wr 400f?

I've got a '99 yamaha XT350. Six speed trans, only problem is the seat SUCKS. It will KILL your ass after about 20 miles. Its a single cylinder, enough power, does 90 MPH wide open @8500 RPM 6th gear. It gets about 65 MPG as well if you drive it like you have good sense, and 55 MPG if you dog it like a democrat on a tax dollar.

Edit- and it has a tach- rare on the newer bikes anymore.

I ride my buds 230 a bit. Anuff power for me. I have NEVER owned a bike. Just 4 wheelers. It'll be a wile b4 I get any thing right now.
