Street Beat Customs disaster - beware!


Man, they should have a "kick your bad salesman in the nuts" day. :D I'm sure your wife would put on the sharpest high-heels she has and let'em have it! :headbang:

They must not care about the customers. They should double your money back AND give you your clear corners, plus a face to face apology to your wife for all the stress they caused her(and you).
Hate to say it, but most companies any more do not have true customer service anymore. If you have a problem, they will gladly try very hard not to care. I went through that with Best Try (Best Buy) once and will never buy from them again.

That's why I like to deal locally whenever possible. That way, you can deal face-toface and it's not a big harrang to get stuff cranked around!
 
Sorry to read about all the crap you and your wife went through for a birthday gift. I hope you make them aware they pissed off the wrong guy.

Best Sucks is the worst to deal with. I have so many horror stories about them.
 
I just talked to 'Steve', the customer service manager. He says he's going to get it straightened out today and email a prepaid UPS label to ship the lights back and send me the right ones. We'll see.

What sucks is that my Ranger has been sitting in my friends shop where I painted it. I've been waiting for these lights to finish putting it back together. This guy didn't seem to concerned, sympathetic, or even interested in talking to me. He must have to deal with messes like this all day long.

Judging by their shitty service record, it wouldn't suprise me.

The guy called me back and said he'd get them shipped out today and I'd have them by the end of the week. He didn't have a UPS return label yet though.

We'll see.....
 
If he doesn't send you a return label, try to get one 3 times and then keep the BMW lights as long as he doesn't charge you for them.
 
Sounds like he's blowing sunshine up your arse.I wouldn't trust these guys what so ever.

If they offer a catalog, and many "offline" options the chances of dealing with scumbags drops dramatically.
