there was a guy back here who had problems with a company that he ordered things from. well he ended up getting the company sued. just a thought... i mean i ain't sue happy or nothing but theres just that point, and they crossed it, especially if it aint gonna get resolved correctly and quickly.

Man, they should have a "kick your bad salesman in the nuts" day. I'm sure your wife would put on the sharpest high-heels she has and let'em have it!

They must not care about the customers. They should double your money back AND give you your clear corners, plus a face to face apology to your wife for all the stress they caused her(and you).
