a couple times over the past couple weeks i have heard a high pitched squealing sound coming from my truck....it's not the sound of a belt...its more like a turbo charged cricket (a blrrrrrrrr sound) lol...i have only noticed this while waiting in line at a drive tru....it goes away once i give it the gas and drive away...could it be the clutch or something like that?...i've tried neutral, clutch in, half clutch but still cant figure it out...id like to fix it before it gets serious....thanks for any replys

Could possibly be a throw out bearing or a pilot bearing especially if you had your clutch depressed at the time of the noise. Tranny would need to come out to fix this and you might as well do a clutch job on it.
