Strange noise from front right

1999 B2500, 4x2, 5spd manual. Whenever I press on the accelerator at a low rpm, a plasticky low rattling noise comes from the front right. Me and my friend don't know what it is. Has anyone else had this and do you know what it is? It hasn't been a problem yet.

Okay thanks for those suggestions! I'll definitely look at the motor mounts and the fan shroud, make sure everything is attached all right.
