stock exaust swap

I just bought a 88 2.3 regular cab 5 speed. My exhaust is missing from the cat back. I am going to the junk yard and want to know what years an engines share the same cat back part of the exaust. I know I need it off a reg cab. Any help greatly appreciated.

Honestly, I went to Autozone like 3 weeks ago for exhaust for the cat back because mine was still factory, and 25 years old. I got the stock replacement muffler and tailpipe. It was $38, so I wouldn't recommend the JY until you see what they want for it. If you need the pipe after the cat between the muff, I think it was like $15 more. It all just slipped together and used the stock hangers.

And to answer your question, I think all use the same tailpipe and the muffs after the cat. Although, trucks with the 4.0 might be bigger...

the pipe size is 2 inch. rangers 87 to 92 used the same cat back section.
