Stock bedliner mounting bolts

Hey All, just did a bunch of work to my newly purchased 94 Ranger. I'll include a pic of the explorer interior I put in. It's so comfortable! Now that I'm finally driving it, I noticed the bedliner likes to lift up at high speeds. I noticed the bolts/clips are missing. Anyone know where to find these? Or at least have a pic of them? I can probably build some kind of retainer clip with a threaded hole but I'd like to make it as close to stock as I can. I included pics of where the missing clips are.

I see the problem... you need more junk in the bed of your truck.

The Explorer seats and console look good.

Sorry... I have no idea where you would buy the clips. Probably aren't any new ones to be had.

I'd make some 'J' hooks out of all-thread rod.

All of the bed liners I've seen hooked under the bed rail so no hardware needed. Can't help you there.

Interior looks awesome though.

The pendaliner or whatever I have in my '97 has some tapered plastic deals with clip nuts that spin when you tighten... If I get bored later today I'll try to get a picture of one

Thanks guys. I think I'm going to try to make something. The holes in the bedliner are just below the metal rail of the bed, so I think I could do something similar to a toggle bolt. Maybe even use some kind of D hook instead of a screw since I have no tie downs too. I'll post my solution in case anyone has a similar problem.

and also I use these rubber plunger things that go into the top of the bed holes and then you screw them down. i will look for a pic of them....

my bedliner is held in by two small 1/4" head hex sheet metal screws. they bolt it in at the tailgate at the top of either side.

the rest of the liner is under the rail as mentioned above and it stays put.

I have had to take it out twice in the 17 years I've owned it. getting it out from under the rail is a bit of a pain.

those look like the exact seats I put in my ranger. I also put in the dash to the back of seat console in, by the way very nice job. My wife loves the bun warmers on those seats.

I think I'm definitely going to do those tie down anchors. It will definitely help hold the bedliner. But I have to cut the square hole in the bedliner where the holes actually are. Strange a stock Ford bedliner wouldn't have the stake pockets cut out already!

My 94 Splash stepside has a Pendliner and as has already been mentioned, it fits under the bed rail -- plus, it has the four tie-down handles which is what you mention as being missing from yours. I was wondering about that as I looked at your two images.

Really like those seats.

Here's the picture of the stock Pendaliner mounts, pretty sure it's factory installed since I just took off the tailgate piece and there was still a sticker in there that said it was made in like 9/96...

As you can see as you tighten the screw it turns and grabs the bedrail.
