stirpped head bolt

what is the best solution to this problem? i thought about using a heli coil but im going to buy some apr head studs. what would be a better solution>

You stripped a head bolt or a treaded hole in the block?If the hole,you will have to helicoil anyways,ARP bolts are a good bet anyways
