Still missing...And are all the injectors the same?

97 truck usein a 98 engine. Got to lookin and the 2 sets of injectors I got is not the same. One is the green ones(from the 98 engine) and the outhers are white(from the 97) I am thinkin this could be my problem. I have the green ones in, useing the 97 intake. Allso what eles could make one have a slight miss when ideling than bog down when you start to give it gas than revs up after a sec?
