Hey guys, im new here, so hi to all. I have a 2000 extended cab stepside with 3.0 Flex fuel. The infamous P0455 code came on today, kinda suprised it took this long since i realized that im wasting about a gallon of gas to fuel up due to the non existing filler neck tube that i have..LOL...anywayz, i have been trying to find one and i tried reading a bunch of threads on this but i think that because i have a step side its kind of confusing. Is it possible that its this hard to find step side filler necks that fit this bed? None of the other rangers are compatible?

I did mine a while back. I used the flex universal filler hose and cut it to length. Bought it at Orileys. I also replaced the vent hose but it was a little harder to find. I had to call a few places to find the right size rated for fuel vent hose. Heater hose wont last.
Edit: If you are looking for the neck itself (the steel part) You can find them on Ebay.

Dune Runner,
Where does the vent hose go?

On a stepside the vent hose runs along side the filler hose. It has separate attachment points then the fill hose. It's a tad bit longer too. I like the setup better then the standard bed setup.
