When I'm on the highway. Over 50 mph, when turning right at all, the left front feels like it's knocking, thumping, etc. I don't know where to start diagnosing this, but I'm assuming it could be either tie rod end, radius arm bushing or maybe a ball joint. Thank you guys.

Jack the front wheels of the truck up one at a time, or put the entire front end on jack-stands, then start trying to find any play or wiggle in the wheel/tire. That should lead you towards what the problem is. I normally push/pull the tire at the 12 and 6 o-clock position to check for play in the wheel bearings or ball joints, and at 9 and 3 o-clock positions for tie rod end or steering rack play.

loose lug nuts?
2wd or 4wd?
wheel bearings, U joints?
