My Son-In-Law has a 2000 Ranger and the steering groans quite loudly when you turn the wheels to the right when you get past center. It doesn't do it when turning left, or when turning right until the wheels are past the straight forward position. Is this something we can repair, or is it going to need a new rack? Thanks!
