What I find interesting is that the driverside tierod is not at the pivot of the beam. The passenger side lines up with that beam pivot but not the drivers side. Will there be a different toe change left to right???

It does appear the passengerside tierod on that truck is mounted slightly higher up than the driverside, but I wouldn't think it would cause enough toe change to be noticeable in most situations (having dual swingarms would make it easier to avoid small discrepancies like that).
However the tierods should actually be longer than the beams to align them with the suspension's pivot axis.

This pic might help explain it better... the red lines represent the pivot axis for each side (which runs at an angle between the beam pivot, and the radius arm mount). Also notice the two lines run symmetrical even though one beam is longer than the other.
