Steering column bellow (boot)

Has anyone found a source for the boot that is above the universal for a 2001 Ranger with a power rack? Lots of boots available for the rack itself but nothing listed anywhere for the boot on the steering shaft. Must be something equivalent that will work--any ideas?
 
I would like to know the same thing. Mine is torn on my 08 2.3L
