Hey all! As the title says i'm putting power steering in an 1983 Ranger with a 302 that has a manual steering box. I purchased a power steering box from RedHead for the 1983 and a CVF Belt system with power steering pump. There is a clearance issue with the new steering box not fitting because of the oil filter relocation kit lower line. The lower hose interferes with the power steering box mounting. This is an older swap and since it had a manual steering box clearance wasn't an issue when they selected the oil filter relocation kit. Is there a specific filter relocation kit that works best for clearance for the power steering box? Or is there a better solution i'm not seeing?
