Startup problem

My 03 starts right up every time mostly on the first few cranks, except for when I fill up. When I fill my truck up it just cranks and cranks, usually of I pump the gas then it starts faster but it still cranks alot, is it something to do with my fuel pump?

Also I put led turn signals in my front end and I now there only made for halogen bulbs but when I turn on my lights both my turn signal arrows stay lit up, how can I keep my leds but turn the arrows off?

i would suspect something is wrong with your pump. my truck would do the same thing thing but only after the fuel got low then the pump would heat up and wouldnt pump. if i put new gas in it then it would cool the pump and start.

pumps arent that much and id replace it any ways.

Kind of sounds like the engine is getting flooded when you fill up. Might be liquid fuel getting into the Evap system. Do you top it off? Other than that I would say purge valve stuck open.

The led lights you installed are shorting to the park lamp circuit. You just need to remove them and file some of the solder off the contacts of the bulbs so they don't bridge the contacts of the light socket
