Starter Ignition Question

My B2 will not start at times unless i push my auto floor shifter totally forward in park, i have to actually press and hold the shifter forward in park and then turn the key and then she turns right over?? Any thoughts, is it a easy repair??? THANKS

The shifter is out of adjustment and isn't completely getting into park, or the bushings in the shifter linkage are worn out, and the same thing is happening. Or, the neutral safety switch is going bad in the trans.
