Standard speaker sizes?

The 5" x 7" speakers were common in Fords and Mazdas. You'll find those in few other vehicles. They were used in place of 6" x 8"/6" x 9" to save a little space. If in doubt on a Ford, it's probably a 5" x 7".

Thanks. I must have stepped in it because the stated mount dimensions was what the truck has: 5" OC across the width and 4.5" OC across the length (new are 6x8). I just put one up against the old speaker, and the holes line up perfectly. The only worry now is the depth.

You can also use the original speaker instead of the Etsy mounts. Just cut out the guts and leave the ring of the original speaker and self tap screws into it. That’s what some crafty fella did on mine when I pulled the dash to restore it. 👍🏻
