My 1990 4x4 4.0L will not stall out completely but it comes close, like a massive hesitation and it really shakes, it does it wether I'm going up a hill or on flat land. If I pull the truck over to the side of the road and turn if off then start it back up it'll be fine for a mile or so. I've changed everything like fuel filter, plugs, plug wire, air cleaner, pcv valve. :dunno:

Please help me, I love my truck but I'm getting close to driving it off a cliff!!!:bawling:

um, mass air flow sensor, o2 sensors (dont yell at me MAKG), even your fuel pump relay could cause this, ask me how I know.

Have you checked how much Fuel Pressure you have at the rail?

Throwin any codes?

Rather than throw parts at it, gotta find the actual problem.
