So far the snakes vs cat matchups haven't gone well for the snakes. They all go about like this here. Was a time you were afraid to flip up anything in the yard because there would be a copperhead under it. Once the cat figured out how to get one, they disappeared within a week.

This is the only compelling argument I have ever heard in favor of cats. And I suppose rats/mice. But that's it. How do you think the cat would fare against a rattle snake?
