My credo
If ya can’t be good…better be good at it!!!
Standard cab/short box 2wd getting a serious heart transplant.
I will try to document the work I do on this.

The truck began life as a 3.0 v6 powered slo-mo…equipped with the wimpy 7.5” differential.
This is a salvage 8.8” with 4.10 gears, but I also have a couple of other ring and pinion sets. I also snagged a Mustang limited slip center section from marketplace.

The truck started as a previously stalled parts mule or repair…
The 3.0 was overheated by the previous knucklehead owner, I traded him another Ranger with no title I had gotten in a sketch buy years ago.
Yanking the 3.0 and 5 speed, also pulled headlights and all front plastics. The core support is rotten.

The extent of wiring and such that I will be pulling most of the interior out of the truck.
The seats were also a bit ragged, so they got pulled out to replace them with good used seats. Getting to clean the interior a bit is a helpful touch too.
The glass slider on the rear window was also busted by the previous owner, so I have to take the whole assembly out to replace with another unit I have.
