St. Louis, Missouri

hey, just thought id bring tis back up, i recently went ridin at a placed thats more based around 4x4s, its 90 miles outside of st louis but its a great place full of trails and pits, its near fulton, its called Lake potowatami offroad park. its actually just a guys private property that he has set up for this, u pull in up his drive way and go past his trailer to a gate. he is either at the gate collecting money or u use a sign in board, you sign a waver and put a $5 donation in a provided envelope and drop it in a lock box. thats it. only thing is, there all chevy fags out there except for one guy with a bad ass f350. we need some blue ovals out ther to show em whats up.

i might know a place to mud down by my buds place. its around waterloo ill. were iam from i live in st louis for now. hey redneck_rainey what u ben up to? hows the light bar look?

Old dead thread I know, but there doesn't seem to be a whole lot going on in the regional forums so a little bump shouldn't hurt anything :icon_twisted: Plus I know when I was starting out it seemed hard to find places to go wheel.

From this thread (<--clicky) in the other Midwest forum.

One could also add a few place in IN such as:

Interlake OHV area (Click me for DNR website)

Badlands in Attica IN (Click for website)

And Redbird SRA (Click me)

It may also be worthwhile to keep an eye on the local St. Louis Jeep clubs as well. They tend to get out fairly often and some post decent "Trip Reports" to give you an idea of what the parks are like

SIJA (Southern IL Jeep Association)

Midwest Jeep thing

I've gone though a few of thses parks, so I can probably answer some questions.

Hope that helps!

Holy reincarnation of the old thread Redneck..........welcome back. If you don't mind traveling there are places all over. But with travelling and not having a trailer, and you break you're screwed!
