Squeaking when wheels rotating

There is this annoying squeaking thats been going on sounds like its up front somewhere. The squeaking happens when im driving and the faster I go the faster it squeaks. It started after I was doing doughnuts in the mud then this squeak has stayed.

Ive recently put in new brake pads, new ball joints, greased all the u joints and steering joints. But this sound still wont go away does anyone have any idea what else this squeaking could be?

Make sure your dust shield is not making contact with your rotor.

If you get water in the bearings on a 94, it will squeak.

Hm ill have to check out the bearings that sounds like it could be it. Thanks for the help
