Ok, so it just started happening about a month or two ago. Whenever I pull forward from a stop in which there might be a slight incline it tends to squeak. It sounds like it's coming from the front passenger side. It also happens on just about any bump that happens to cause movement vertically in the front end. :icon_confused:

The truck has 180K on the clock. I just recently replaced the hub assemblies, put in manual hubs, replaced the lower ball joints, and in effort to fix the problem on the passenger side, picked up a upper control arm from Moog with ball joint installed.

It seems like the noise is getting more prevalent. It's not louder as time has gone on and the next thing in line is for me to replace the shocks even though I've been told they are good since they have passed all of my friends shock tests. I have not abused her much at all. I might take her out every other week, but nothing big. I just had the clutch replaced as well... My rear-end is bad. Quite a bit of late movement in the shafts in respect to the turning of the input. It seems there is a ton of backlash and it sounds like a gong being hit whenever I'm in reverse and let the clutch all the way out it seems. I will be replacing that as well. (7.5/3.73s/Non-LS) I run 31s and will go to 33/10.5 or 32/10.5 BFG ATs in the future after I replace all four shocks.

I will be also replacing the UCA on the driver side as well in the future, but this has been boggling me. I'm not wanting to have any problems in the near future since it's my DD. I need to get to work ya know. lol. Any one got any ideas?

P.S. No I do not have any torsion crank, although I may in the future for about an inch and a half to accustom the Rancho RS 5374s.

check your sway bar bushings. if they are not worn out you can try greasing them up a bit or sprayig some lithium grease in them to let them slide a bit better.

Ball joints will squeak too.

99.999% sure its ford's "sealed for life" tre's. buy a grease needle, grease tre's first. if squeek stops replace tre's. do that for the rest of the front end(ubj and lbj). if it doesnt stop its the bushings

Oddly enough, I'm not sure what happened to it. It snowed quite a bit on Christmas Day and now all of the sudden it has stopped. I'll check the bushings but I also have a feeling it might be the TREs.
