Does anyone else feel like they've been up to their ears in "spring maintenance" lately? I feel like it's been never ending this year.

Ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks, rear brakes, oil change, changed out the sagging original leaf springs for exploder leafs and drop shackle/lift block removal, a wheel bearing and now the front pinion seal. All of this AFTER I dropped the dough on new tires and the body lift. Man, almost 2 years of being flat broke did a number on my truck.

oh yeah, every year. some of it is due to things i know about but wait until i get my tax refund to finance (like tires) every spring i swap tires around, (i have a seperate summer/winter set)change engine oil, check all other fluids, grease the front end, check brakes, pull apart the front axle to inspect bearings,u-joints,ect (though i usually only take it apart every 2-3 years) knock all the rust i can from the receiver hitch and repaint it, this years ive done all that and still need to change the rear axle oil seals (left side is starting to seep, dont need oil-cooled brakes!) did rear axle oil seals on the wife's S-blazer along with all the other normal "spring-things". got a slightly leaking radiator on the ranger, found a couple of good ones at the junkyard i may ask about the next time im out there. i do have a slight leak from my front pinion seal, but since the axle is only turning when the hubs are locked, i just make sure the oil level is good before winter and again in the spring, doesnt seem to be very low but i can see where im losing a little.
