Spring Insulators?

I have a 3" spindle lift by fabtech, recently replaced all ball joints, control arm bushings, sway bar links, and brakes all around .. I noticed the spring didnt have an insulator coming out so i didnt go back in with one, but i think because of that i get a kind of pop sound like a spring is shifting slightly. It happens sometimes when i start to roll in reverse after going forward and when i turn the wheel (rolling or not rolling). If i throw an insulator on the springs will my problem be solved?

Did you look into the tie rod ends?

tie rods ends looked ok to me/ inners came new with my new ps rack and neither move when i shake the wheel side to side so i didnt replace the ends, although i probably should have since i replaced everything even the ps rack anyway.

their fabtech springs to go with the 3" spindle lift.. what does everyone else run with their lifts? insulator or no insulators?

i figured their would be more more input on a simple coil spring question.. i think ill just order them and see what happens, their inexpensive.

If you seated your spring in the bucket and lower control arm properly you shouldn't need an insulator. There should be two holes in the lower control arm that will tell you how to line up the coil spring. The end of the coil spring should cover one hole up and leave the other open. This way your coil spring should be positioned properly. I'd check that before you pull your suspension apart to install your insulators.
