Sport Trac Power Seat Not Working

I recently installed power seats from a 2003 Sport Trac. On the drivers side, the control to move the front of the seat up is not working. I can hear the motor running however. I was hoping somebody could give some solutions before I tear into it.

Reads like switch and motor work but no movement, so likely gear issue
