Is there anything in vin number that indicates it is a splash model? I’ve owned 2 splashes, 96 chrome yellow(wish I didn’t get rid of) and presently 93 model with a 3.0. I know splash has body color bumpers and mirrors, 235/60-15 in 2wd and 2” lower approximately.My 98 is an xlt but made into splash wanna be. Painted bumpers grille and mirrors and lowered about 2”. Lots of rangers for sale that say splash but are not. I’ve just went by tire size listed on door vin tag. Thanks for any info.
