Splash Bumper: what else will fit?

My son has a 1993 Splash model... He got in a small wreck and the bumper is toast. Everywhere I look (like ebay), all the front bumpers are for every model but Splash! Even when it says Splash in the title, looking further down in the description, it says "Does not fit Splash model". Is there any reason why any Ranger bumper near that year won't fit this truck? Even the local wrecking yard says there is no bumper anywhere near (using their locator software) that will fit this truck. Any ideas? Anybody confirm this?

Can you take your old one to the junkyard with you? I know the rear bumper is different on a flareside, didn't know that about the front.

The front is the same as any other 3rd gen bumper.

I would think that any bumper from a 93-97 will fit. the splash bumper probably had a specific trim code (and I think it is painted to the color of the truck) but a chrome or grey painted bumper will fit perfectly, but might not have the same bumper trim or plastic rub strip that the splash has.

My 97 splash had a chrome front bumper with grey plastic trim. All the 93-97's interchange without a problem.
