spindle lift questions

Anyone buy those eBay spindles? I plan on getting some but had a few questions. Do they use OEM wheel bearings? It says maximum of 3.75" backspacing but Ithought iI've heard of people using 4" somewhere. I plan on running a 245/75r16 tire.
