soo I have changed the instrument cluster on several occasions and every single one does the same thing....... the gauge for the mph does not work right..... I have a new transfercase and sensor, cuase I destroyed the case...... anyone have any ideas???

Wiring issue somewhere. Possibly the ABS module, but if the transmission shifts properly I would assume a wiring issue between the ABS module and the cluster.

I have a 5 speed..... so ya it shifts fine...

Oh, that's not helpful.

Anyway, I looked up a 95 for someone else a little bit ago. The wiring for the speedo signal comes off the rear diff sensor, runs directly to the ABS module, and then the ABS module relays the info off to the PCM and the IC. ABS module loosing that signal should set ABS codes. PCM losing that signal should set a lot of codes. Does it have cruise control? If the signal doesn't get past the ABS module that won't work either.

ok soo I am still having issues with this...... I changed both the sensor in the trans and just did the sensor on the diff tonight....still the same issue... and no the cruise control doesnt work anymore... and from reading should I change the abs module??
