Speedo question

i have a 92 explorer. It looks like the speedometer needle has wrapped right around the gauge. I just got this explorer a few weeks ago, so i dont know the details as to why its like that. My question is, is there a fix for this or am i better off scouting around for another gauge cluster? I did a search for this already so if i missed something and someone has a link for info on this it would be greatly appreciated. thx
